Some of the different fungi growing around the yard. They've really popped up with all the rain we've had!
After weeks of research I believe this is Trametes cubensis. Look how the fungi absorbs everything around it like the blob. These are growing in a spot that I had a huge Norfolk Island Pine Araucaria heterophylla removed. They seem to growing out of the roots that remained after stump grinding. I'm still looking for expert verification!!!! Here's where I got alot of info see T. cubensis @

More unusual fungi found growing on one of my orchid mounts. These are growing on a piece of Live Oak Quercus virginiana that I use as an orchid mount. No Id as of yet I'm still working on it
This is my most recent discovery. I haven't had a chance to research this yet. Stay tuned for more info. These little guys are growing out of my soil and compost piles. They are small when compared to these other fungi. They are almost translucent!
